2. Shipping Options
2.1 Same Day Delivery
- Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM PST
- Delivery within hours of pickup

3. Order Processing
3.1 Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
3.2 Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
3.3 Weekend orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
3.4 We do not process orders on major holidays.
4. Pickup Services
4.1 We offer free pickup within our service areas for packages over 5 lbs.

- Maximum dimensions: 108 inches in combined length and girth
- Oversized items require special handling and additional fees
6. Delivery Procedures
6.1 Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery during the scheduled window.
6.2 If no one is available to receive the package, we will:
- Leave the package in a secure location (if authorized)
- Attempt re-delivery the next business day
- Contact you to arrange alternative delivery
6.3 Signature may be required for valuable items.
6.4 Delivery confirmations are sent via email or SMS.
